What is "Automatically translate chat history" feature?

In order to avoid excessive translation API request costs, by default, this extension will not automatically translate chat history.

TIP

"chat history" refers to the messages that have been received prior to opening the inbox page.

As in the example below, historical messages will not be translated automatically and require manual clicking for translation.

However, real-time messages sent by the customers will be automatically translated.

I'm speaking in Traditional Chinese, and the customer is speaking in English.

You can enable this feature to allow the extension to automatically translate such messages.
