The Auto-Translation feature will automatically translate the latest messages sent by customers
WARNING
Historical messages and messages you send yourself will not be automatically translated
If you enable the Auto-Transition feature, when a customer sends you a message,
it will be automatically translated into your chosen language (in "What Language are You Speaking?" option)
Below is the effect of the Auto-Transition feature.
TIP
I'm speaking in Traditional Chinese, and the customer is speaking in English.
Translate manually
If you use ChatGPT and want to avoid extra API request costs, you can disable Auto-Translation feature and selectively translate by clicking manually.
Below is the effect after disabling and manually translating the message.
